THE WINTER CITIES SHAKE-UP IS A GATHERING OF...

Urban planners and designers, entrepreneurs and business people, artists, cultural and community organizers, and people who live in winter cities and want to take advantage of all winter has to offer. 

The inaugural 2015 Conference featured three days of presentations from internationally-renowned experts and rising stars in winter design, winter business and winter fun.  We shared best practices and brainstormed new approaches to helping winter cities be more liveable, more profitable and more enjoyable.

We offered a wide variety of local field trips for hands-on experiences in new approaches to urban winter life. We ate, drank, and enjoyed ourselves during outdoor and indoor events planned in conjunction with the conference.
