Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat at lead@wintercitiesconference.com. A $100.00 (incl. 5% GST) cancellation fee will apply for conference registrations cancelled until January 15, 2019. After this date, no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be issued for purchased special event tickets at any time.

Visa Requirements for Visitors from Outside Canada
Citizens of many countries need visas to enter Canada. To find out if you’ll need a tourist visa and how to apply, visit Immigration and Citizenship Canada. If you are in need of Visa Assistance/Support, please email lead@wintercitiesconference.com.
